Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Engineer to join our team in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing environmental solutions. You will be involved in projects that contribute to sustainable development, focusing on innovative practices and compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of environmental impact assessments (EIAs).
• Implement strategies for pollution reduction and sustainability.
• Coordinate with governmental and environmental bodies.
• Conduct ecological restoration projects and ongoing monitoring.
• Analyze data to improve project designs and outcomes.
• Prepare budgets and project timelines for funding proposals.
• Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support clients in achieving their sustainability goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or related field
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting
