E-learning Developer

Job Description

Tech Innovations Inc. is seeking a talented E-learning Developer to join our Durban team. In this role, you will create engaging online courses and learning materials that enhance the educational experience for our users. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to transform traditional content into interactive and multimedia-rich e-learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging e-learning content that meets educational standards.
• Utilize analytics to assess learner engagement and improve course performance.
• Collaborate with ICT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to e-learning platforms.
• Create documentation and user guides for e-learning resources.
• Participate in training workshops for users on how to navigate and utilize the e-learning platform.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or a related field
• Master's degree in Learning Design or relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

• eLearning Authoring Tools
• HTML/CSS

Languages

• English: Fluent
