Job Description

As an Architect at Innovative Designs Corp., you will be tasked with bringing innovative architectural ideas to life. This role includes collaborating on design teams, overseeing project development from conception to completion, and ensuring adherence to sustainability guidelines, which is core to our company values.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local zoning laws and building codes.
• Perform project feasibility studies and cost estimations.
• Assist with the selection of materials and finishes for projects.
• Actively participate in marketing activities to promote architectural services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Master's degree in Architecture is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Professional Architect Certification
• SACAP registration required

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulul: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with building information modeling (BIM): Hands-on experience with BIM systems for collaborative design.
• Proficiency in project management software: Utilization of software for effective project tracking and team collaboration.
