Job Description

We are seeking passionate Crossing Guards and Flaggers to ensure the safety of students in our community. This position involves directing traffic, assisting children crossing the road, and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for children during school hours.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Patrol designated areas and remain alert to traffic changes.
• Conduct regular safety checks of crossing areas.
• Engage positively with students to promote safety awareness.
• Attend training sessions and safety meetings as required.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent certificate

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in public safety or child interaction roles

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Having an up-to-date first aid certificate is advantageous.
