Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online business strategies and operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing digital marketing strategies, enhancing user experience, and driving sales through various online channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to optimize conversion rates.
• Work closely with IT teams to enhance site features and functionalities.
• Drive initiatives to improve loading times and overall website performance.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including payment processors and logistics services.
• Prepare and present sales reports and marketing analysis to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
