This role involves providing efficient technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting users with various IT-related inquiries. Responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Maintain and repair IT equipment as needed.
• Support software updates and installations.
• Help develop IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving.
• Handle escalated issues from junior support staff.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Relevant certifications are a bonus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support
