We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to streamline our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will leverage engineering principles to enhance production quality and efficiency, undertaking continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving to eliminate bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve production goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct root cause analyses to troubleshoot production failures.
• Assist in the development of training programs for operational safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
