Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bloemfontein. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations. You will be essential in ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations.
  • Help prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and professional.
  • Process incoming mail and packages.
  • Assist in maintaining office protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • National Diploma in Office Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in an administrative role or similar environment
