Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to manage our facility's daily operations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee staff management, coordinate healthcare services, and ensure compliance with regulations, all while maintaining a focus on patient care quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative functions of the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate staff meetings and develop agendas.
  • Manage patient data, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Implement effective patient scheduling systems.
  • Assist in the development of training programs for staff.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets.
  • Create reports on facility performance and patient feedback.
  • Support clinical teams in maintaining quality care.
  • Build relationships with community partners to enhance services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration roles
