Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll be the front-line hero for all things technology. You will assist users with hardware and software issues, maintain systems, and ensure seamless operations of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Support users by providing detailed information and solutions to basic and advanced issues.
  • Ensure the security of the organization’s IT systems while adhering to policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on new projects and implementations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, etc.) are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years working in a tech support environment
