Join our leading investment banking team as an Investment Banker in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for the execution of a variety of transactions, including IPOs and debt offerings. Responsibilities

• Execute transactions, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct industry research and competitor analyses.
• Generate funding proposals that align with client objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with analysts to gather required data for comprehensive analysis.
• Assist in developing firm’s marketing strategies and client outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Business or Finance preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in the investment banking sector or relevant financial services

Technical Skills

• Market Analysis

Certifications

• Institute of Directors (IOD) Certificate
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
