Corporate Finance Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to provide financial analysis and support our corporate finance initiatives. Based in Johannesburg, you will work closely with the finance team to assess financial health and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with department heads to analyze departmental budgets and performance.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Support the investment team with quantitative analysis and valuation.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark financial performance.
• Prepare presentations for investor relations and stakeholders.

Advantageous

• Experience in M&A transactions and financial modeling: Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes.
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle Financial Systems: Experience using financial software for reporting and analysis.
