Job Description

As an IT Help Desk Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will provide vital technical support to users while managing and resolving their IT-related queries. Your ability to communicate effectively and troubleshoot issues promptly will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve tickets in a timely manner based on priority.
  • Set up and configure new workstations and peripherals for users.
  • Provide training and support for software applications and tools.
  • Monitor IT systems for performance issues and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation for common IT processes.
  • Assist with network connectivity issues and ensure reliable internet access.
  • Participate in the installation and maintenance of server systems.
  • Stay updated on new technology and advancements in the IT field.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, ITIL)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support

Languages
  • English: Fluent
