Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play an integral role in the operational management of our healthcare facility in Cape Town. Your expertise will guide our administrative practices, contribute to patient satisfaction, and support healthcare professionals in offering the highest quality of care. Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative initiatives to improve healthcare workflows.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of medical and office supplies.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Oversee the healthcare facility's scheduling system.
  • Ensure that all staff adhere to documented administrative policies.
  • Participate in audits and quality assurance processes.
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative technology solutions.
  • Support staff recruitment and onboarding for administrative positions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or equivalent
  • Master's degree preferred
