Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of our facilities and equipment. As a crucial member of our team, you will handle routine maintenance tasks and support troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules on all equipment.
• Identify areas for potential improvements in maintenance strategies.
• Document any issues and solutions for future reference.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts replacement and service support.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and solutions.
• Implement safety measures while performing repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain an organized workspace and equipment inventory.
• Work closely with the operations team to minimize downtime during repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair roles

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Troubleshooting
• Electrical Systems Knowledge
• Preventive Maintenance

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
