Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will oversee supply chain processes, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement logistics strategy to meet distribution targets.
• Monitor and manage logistics operations metrics.
• Identify and solve supply chain problems proactively.
• Liaise with sales and production teams to align logistics efforts.
• Ensure effective handling of shipping and receiving tasks.
• Implement efficient inventory management systems.
• Assist in budget planning for logistics operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in logistics.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to logistics.
• Assist with audits of logistics processes and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics coordination
