The successful candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support key decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments to drive financial strategy and identify improvement areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for management.

• Work with management on strategic financial planning.
• Lead departmental budgeting sessions and analyzing results.
• Assist in financial audits and maintain compliance.
• Train and mentor junior finance team members.
• Engage with external auditors and ensure timely responses to queries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
• Certification in Financial Analysis is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a financial analysis role

Certifications
