Job Description

We are seeking an experienced First-Line Supervisor to oversee production activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will manage a team of operators, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the production team to achieve operational goals
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate reports
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss performance and address issues
  • Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions
  • Coordinate with the quality assurance team for audits
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Initiate inventory management practices for efficiency
  • Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in business management or industrial engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role within manufacturing
