Job Description

As a Data Analyst at Data Solutions Ltd., your key role will be to gather, process, and analyze data to assist in solving complex business problems. You will work closely with stakeholders to define metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various data collection methods, such as surveys and database queries.
• Analyze customer data to identify behaviour patterns.
• Assist in preparing and managing data for further analysis and reporting.
• Document processes and methodologies for data analysis.
• Train junior analysts on data tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar field

Experience

• 3 years in data analysis/ reporting

Technical Skills

• R programming
• Excel

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Team Player

Certifications

• Google Data Analytics Certificate
• Certified Analytics Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiar with Cloud Platforms: Experience using AWS or Azure for data storage and analysis.
• Experience in A/B Testing: Knowledge in conducting A/B tests for user experience improvements.
