You’ll be tasked with providing support, diagnosing issues, and ensuring that all IT systems are functioning correctly. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all technical support requests.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets in line with SLA standards.
• Configure and maintain user accounts in various IT systems.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the development of IT documentation and manuals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant industry certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support

• Linux OS
• Virtualization

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
