Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and oversee clinical trials. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while coordinating activities across various research projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization and implementation of clinical protocols.
• Evaluate new opportunities for clinical research projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date study files and archives.
• Conduct safety monitoring and reporting of adverse events.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff members.
• Foster collaborative relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master’s degree in Clinical Research is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial coordination or management
