Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will analyse and improve our production processes while ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. You will work closely with various teams to drive improvements in operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on improving operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine inefficiencies.
• Utilise statistical methods to analyse data and enhance processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality materials.
• Facilitate workshops to generate ideas for process improvements.
• Document project progress and outcomes for stakeholder review.
• Train engineers and operators on new systems and practices.
• Benchmark performance and implement best practices across teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
