Job Description

Join our Johannesburg office as a UX/UI Designer, where you will leverage your design skills to create user-friendly interfaces and engaging experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring that our designs meet business goals while providing top-notch usability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with user goals.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to clarify project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure that user interface designs adhere to accessibility standards.
• Conduct competitive analysis to leverage insights in design strategies.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on their work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and user research

• Sketch

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate
• Certified Interaction Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
