Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand complex technical information and translate it into clear documentation.
• Utilize tools for content management and documentation publishing.
• Conduct usability tests to ensure documentation meets user needs.
• Participate in training sessions to gain insight into products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a technology-driven environment
