UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will be instrumental in enhancing our client interactions through thoughtful design processes. Your role will involve creating user personas, conducting usability testing, and iterating on design based on user feedback to elevate the overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, focusing on user experience.
• Create interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications to demonstrate functionalities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure design alignment with business goals.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best UX practices.
• Raise awareness of UX within the company, promoting the importance of user-centered design.
• Contribute to maintaining a cohesive visual identity and brand aesthetic across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech environment
