Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Healthcare Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in patient healthcare, offering expert advice on medications, managing prescriptions, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Perform drug utilization reviews and ensure compliance with pharmacotherapy guidelines.
• Document all patient interactions and counseling sessions correctly.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager in the training and mentoring of pharmacy staff.
• Promote health and wellness programs within the pharmacy.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to improve service delivery.
• Provide support during audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy role
