We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Equipment Installer and Repairer to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment orders and services.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours service needs.
• Conduct system audits to ensure the integrity of telecommunications networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service delivery.
• Document all service-related incidents and issues in the provided systems.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate in Telecommunications or equivalent qualification
• Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
