Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a vital role in providing excellent technical support to our clients and internal teams. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist users with system navigation, and ensure users have a seamless experience with our solutions. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be passionate about technology.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain software licenses and systems.
  • Provide feedback to the development team on user issues.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining the knowledge base and FAQ.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Additional certification in customer service is a plus

  • 3+ years in a technical support role
