Job Description

The position of Epidemiologist requires a proactive individual who is eager to contribute to public health research and its applications. You will perform critical statistical analyses to explore the causes and patterns of health issues within the community, collaborating with healthcare teams to implement findings that support public health initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead epidemiological studies and analysis projects.
  • Conduct health risk assessments to inform policy decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on health initiatives.
  • Review literature to enhance research methodologies.
  • Support the development of health promotion strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and interns in research techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Epidemiology or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in public health research
