Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting in network management. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our technological infrastructure runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related incidents.
• Assist in the configuration of network settings for devices.
• Conduct assessments of IT systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the deployment of new technologies.
• Offer support for AV equipment during meetings and events.
• Maintain updated knowledge of IT trends and developments.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or IT
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in a technical support position

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Certified Help Desk Professional (CHDP)

• English: Fluent
