Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. Your leadership will foster a productive team environment while meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
• Develop and implement project workflows and methodologies.
• Track project schedules and budget expenditures.
• Ensure project scope is maintained and within budget.
• Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• MBA or management qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in managing construction projects from start to finish

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Proficient

Advantageous

• Experience in Project Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
