Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to provide excellent technical support and customer service within our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, possess strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical aspects of new software implementations and updates.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of IT systems to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Prepare reports on support activities and system performance.
  • Engage in continuous learning of new technologies to improve support efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops to enhance user understanding of IT systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support roles
