Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Data Analyst in Johannesburg, who will leverage data analytics to deliver actionable insights that drive our business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and a knack for storytelling through data.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to guide decision-making.
• Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies.
• Work closely with IT to optimize database performance and report generation.
• Generate predictive models to forecast trends.
• Present complex data insights to management and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on department KPIs on a regular basis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Postgraduate degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of practical experience in data-driven roles
