Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Durban. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and an ability to manage and resolve IT-related issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing support to staff, and maintaining the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT inquiries.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and manuals.
  • Monitor IT requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist in network configuration and maintenance.
  • Provide support for remote access and VPN solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Relevant IT certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
