UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Creative Solutions Ltd., you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, designing user interfaces, and testing prototypes with real users. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
• Utilize design software to create high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine design effectiveness.
• Gather user feedback and implement necessary design revisions.
• Support developers during the implementation phase of designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interactive Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in UX design, preferably in agile environments

Technical Skills

• Wireframing Tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Axure)

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience with design systems: Ability to create and maintain a design system across products.
