UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product's usability. From research to ideation and design, your work will center on delivering user-friendly interfaces that elevate the customer experience. Your analytical and creative skills will be essential in identifying user needs and translating them into engaging design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Explore and apply best practices in UX and UI design.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research to inform designs.
• Prepare and synthesize design documentation for collaboration.
• Participate in ongoing improvement discussions with the design team.
• Monitor product performance post-launch for further enhancements.
• Assist in training junior designers on best practices.
• Build responsive prototypes to demonstrate functionality across devices.
• Gather qualitative data through user interviews and focus groups.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• Sketch
• Figma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML and CSS: Knowledge of front-end development technologies is an advantage.
