Job Description

As a General Finance Officer, you will lead projects that drive financial efficiency, compliance, and reporting accuracy. Your expertise will guide financial planning and decisions that influence the overall performance of the business. Partnering with teams throughout the company, your role will ensure the integrity of financial practices and enhance financial literacy across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis processes.
• Coordinate annual budget development and ongoing forecasting.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Analyze financial trends and report findings to the Finance Manager.
• Provide financial insights for short and long-term financial planning.
• Implement and track KPIs to assess financial performance.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure effective cash flow management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in finance-related processes.
• Act as a liaison between finance and other operational departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management
• Master's degree in Finance is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a financial management role
