Exciting opportunity for a Chemical Engineer in Johannesburg! In this role, you will be tasked with researching and developing chemical processes, conducting experiments, and analyzing data. You will work within a skilled team and contribute to pioneering projects that enhance our product offerings and improve environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes.
• Research new technologies to improve productivity and sustainability.
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders to report on project outcomes.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback on engineering designs.
• Mentor and support junior staff in their engineering tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical engineering or relevant field
