Responsibilities

• Manage help desk requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Support remote and onsite users with IT issues.
• Assist in maintaining system documentation and user guides.
• Participate in hardware and software upgrades.

• Work with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
• Assist in enforcing security and privacy policies.
• Test and evaluate new technologies for implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
