Job Description

As a Gambling Change Person, you will be responsible for managing the cash flow at our gaming booths, ensuring efficient service to customers while adhering to all gaming policies and regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process cash transactions and provide change according to established protocols.
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed to avoid discrepancies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
  • Keep the gaming booth area tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist in monitoring patron activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work effectively in a team to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Report any issues or incidents to the Gaming Supervisor.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to keep up to date with regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Senior Certificate
  • Certificate in Gaming or equivalent is advantageous
Experience
  • Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred.
