Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Support Solutions, you will contribute to maintaining efficient IT operations by addressing concerns of our users promptly. You will work closely with both technical teams and users to facilitate effective communication and ensure all systems remain operational.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar IT support position

Languages

• English: Fluent
