• Create templates and style guides to maintain consistency in documentation.
• Perform usability testing to gauge the effectiveness of documentation.
• Participate in project meetings to stay informed about product updates and changes.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Ensure documents are accessible and formatted correctly for various platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
• A relevant technical certification is a plus
• Technical Writing Proficient in creating clear and concise technical documentation.
• MS Office Suite Advanced capabilities in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Documentation Tools Familiar with tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar.
• Attention to Detail Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
• Effective Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Collaboration Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Certified Professional Technical Writer (CPTW)
• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Auditor
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Intermediate)
