Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Product Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and innovative ideas to the design process while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You should have a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and a passion for creating meaningful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design software to produce creative and functional design solutions.
• Facilitate feedback sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Participate in design critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Advocate for user-centered design within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Certifications in UX Design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in product design and user experience

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• User Research Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of accessibility standards: Knowledge of WCAG standards to ensure inclusivity in design.
