We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will track and manage logistics, inventory, and procurement processes to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery time.
Drive supply chain cost reduction initiatives.
Assess and manage inventory control systems.
Lead negotiations for supply contracts and agreements.
Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions.
Collaborate with IT to implement supply chain software solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Ensure all supply chain processes adhere to safety regulations.
Generate reports to support management decisions.
Manage relationships with logistics service providers.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles
