Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating health services and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, implement policies, and contribute to the overall improvement of service delivery in our healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational budgets and financial records.
  • Oversee patient intake and scheduling processes.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote healthcare services.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support patient advocacy and quality assurance efforts.
  • Coordinate healthcare programs and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
