Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine testing and troubleshooting of IT systems.
  • Assist users with software installations and configurations.
  • Provide feedback on technical trends and user needs.
  • Create user accounts and manage permissions as necessary.
  • Sustain a positive user experience through excellent service.
  • Report on service performance metrics to IT management.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
