Job Description

As a Language Coach, you'll play a vital role in guiding learners through their language learning journey. Your expertise in language instruction will be pivotal in helping students enhance their fluency and confidence in speaking, writing, and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement diverse instructional strategies to ensure effective learning.
• Conduct placement assessments to determine student skill levels.
• Facilitate engaging language practice sessions with real-life scenarios.
• Utilize technology and online resources to enhance language instruction.
• Work closely with students to set and achieve their personal language goals.
• Engage with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress.
• Evaluate course materials and suggest improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop curriculum enhancements.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote language awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics or related field
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in delivering language instruction
