Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Budget Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing budget plans, tracking expenses, and providing financial analysis to enhance our decision-making process. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure budgetary compliance and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of budget variances and trends.
• Develop and implement budgetary controls and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance budget management software.
• Advise management on financial implications of projects and initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams during financial planning cycles.
• Prepare presentations for senior management on budget status.
• Conduct market research for benchmarking budget performance.
• Participate in the strategic planning process by providing financial insights.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and capital expenditure planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Master’s degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in budget analysis or financial planning
