Job Description

Join our team as a Health Administrator and take charge of our healthcare administration. You will be responsible for optimizing operational procedures, staff management, and patient relations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations in the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national health regulations.
  • Manage departmental budgets and expense reports.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient admissions.
  • Develop and implement training and onboarding programs for new staff members.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
  • Monitor supply inventory and order medical supplies as needed.
  • Address patient feedback and ensure high quality of service.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and healthcare partners.
  • Participate in strategic planning and project management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus

  • 4-6 years of experience in healthcare management roles
