Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our Durban facility. The successful candidate will manage daily warehouse activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate logistics to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive initiatives to improve overall warehouse productivity and accuracy.
• Manage receiving and shipping of goods, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes to ensure adherence to standards.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Forklift Operation

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Time Management

Certifications

• Logistics and Supply Chain Management Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP: Hands-on experience with SAP software for inventory management.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards: Familiarity with ISO quality management systems.
